If You Do The Work...


At the East Coast Kettlebell Club we specialize in getting the average Jane or Joe into top condition. For most people this means losing a few extra pounds, toning up those rusty unused muscles, or just feeling and looking better. This represents about three quarters of the population over 25, and while this takes cooperation from the exerciser, when training with kettlebells it's a pretty straightforward process - if you do the work.

Don't be misled, even though timed kettlebell sets can fry fat right off your bones, ELITE level fitness can also be achieved with our WKC Fitness Protocol. Our semi-private and even newly forming group classes produce remarkable results in health, fitness level, and weight loss - if you do the work.

But Kettlebell training is a system that can be applied at many levels. It's really all about performance with a really cool side effect -- looking good. But even performance needs to be broken down to it's variables of strength, endurance, speed, and power. And the approach can be manipulated to achieve what the lifter needs from the program - if you do the work.

At the ECKC, using the Fedorenko Method of Kettlebell Lifting, we know how to produce android level conditioning at my different levels. From LaCrosse player to firefighter, tweaking the program to meet the athletes goals is the key to a successful program. Everything is based on proven Russian Science, stuff the Russians have mastered for over 100 years. This conditioning can be controlled by all the variables within the Fedorenko System. Strength, endurance, speed, power, and performance can be built to super human levels - if you do the work.

Timed sets with a high level of lifting technique allows the lifter to not put the bell down as he would a barbell, dumbbell, or non pro-grade kettlebell. A set can last then minutes versus the traditional ten seconds. Imagine the results that explode from that gap. Nothing else compares - if you do the work.

People from all over the country travel to New York and the ECKC to learn real technique with kettlebells. In my classes on Long Island I've trained people from Houston, Miami, Michigan, Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, Portland, and from the four corners of this country who sought access to the Fedorenko method in it's purest form. The method works, and to any level you want take it. You just have to do the work!
