CHALKING THE KETTLEBELL
Kettlebell training is all about keeping the set going. Anything that interferes with that, such as sweaty palms, interferes with that process. Learning the chalk the kettlebell handle is an important part of performing quality reps and sets.




In this first video, I demonstrate a basic warm up drill that can be performed before you ever touch a kettlebell or pick up a weight. Please be sure to get clearance on all exercise from your health care professional before starting. Enjoy the video...
