Starting May 1, 2011, AKC Fitness LI is offering new programming options that will help give you the flexibility and focus to get started. Our Summer Shape Up includes our brand new Weight Loss Countdown.
Initially every member is asked to fill out our simple, yet comprehensive member profile, helping us zero in on what needs to be accomplished to make your goals a reality. Every session, our staff custom designs a program to deliver those goals. We've had such tremendous success with our Weight Loss Countdown Series, we realized it needed to be modified into a program appropriate for new members. And that's exactly what we did.
Weight Loss Countdown Series
You, the clock, and nine sets is all it takes to generate off the chart caloric expenditure and a metabolic supercharge that will last for hours. Race against the clock, beat previous personal bests, rise up to the challenge of the day! Our staff will tailor the program to an appropriate level, keeping you working hard, getting results.
Per Session Membership
