Weekday mornings classes start at 7am. We don't cram classes together, and offer our members the luxury of flexible arrival. It's up to you whether you arrive exactly on time, or work on your own. Either way, our professional coaches will work with you every workout. Weekdays, we close at 12 noon and re-open at 3:30 pm until 8:30 pm. We ask that all members arrive one hour prior to closing time. On Saturday we open from 8 am to 2 pm. 

This system allows us to offer hands on training with professional coaches, with total scheduling flexibility and without breaking the bank. This eliminates the necessity for expense personal training. In addition, new members receive close, personalized instruction for their entire first month, the very equivalent of personal training. During this time the new member goes through our extensive Gym Orientation, assuring safety and proficiency.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP
Members can attend as many classes as they wish at a ONE FLAT MONTHLY RATE. Our all-inclusive small group class setting, provides members with a supervised, structured, full body, highly caloric workout, every session in under 30 minutes! All classes are run by experienced, High Intensity Kettlebell Fitness (HIKF) and Cross Performance (CP) coaches within a small group setting.  Constant technique instruction, correction, and hands on program progression, are an ongoing part of your membership.

GUEST PASS 
We also offer a Guest Pass, Per-Session option versus the Unlimited Session Membership. This option allows you spread ten sessions out (over six months or less), using the sessions at your convenience. This is a great option for long distance members, or really busy people.

Every membership includes a comprehensive Club Orientation. This orientation course includes supervised instruction and program progression for your first month.  We put our members through a thorough 12-step progression and full gym orientation, with emphasis on learning proper technique, as the fastest road to real results. Our Club Orientation, refined over many years, is the most efficient way of getting new members to develop proficiency with all our training methodology - allowing the most results possible. 

FREE MEMBER CLINICS (AKA TRAINING DAYS)
We also provide in-depth direction on all aspects of gym programming, and it's free to members! Additional technique sessions are available at discounted rate. Ask about our one-on-one packages.

We take a personal interest in every member, and make sure your results keep coming, but without charging exorbitant personal training fees of as high as $100 an hour.
