Most strength and endurance athletes, more often than not, could use more mobility. It's for that reason that I'll be holding a Yoga-based Toning and Joint Mobility Clinic in the upcoming weeks. This clinic is a return to my roots, focusing on not only strength, but flexibility and joint mobility. All 21 exercises covered are Yoga based movements that I've been including in my workouts for over 30 years. I'll take all class attendees through all 21 moves, in a methodical progression you've come to expect from AKC Fitness. These are practical movements you can then incorporate into your daily routines, in the gym or at home.
The first class will be held on Wednesday, August 1 at 7PM. All levels are welcome. Pricing is free for members, and a $20 charge for non members (bring a friend along).
