I stay away from such traditional personal training. I'm a Fitness Coach. Not sure if that's an official title recognized by any official organization, and I don't really care. I can get you more fit than your are now. I'm not your doctor, chiropractor, or acupuncturist. You are ultimately responsible to know whether you can tolerate the workouts I create, although when working one on one with a client, I give pure customization, real personal coaching, but never coddling.
I use the best tools at my disposal, but I could use a stick and get results. It's more about movement, and understanding, in very practical terms, how the human body generates force, no matter what tools are used.
