TFL Strength & Mobility
The 30-Minute-A-Day Train-For-Life Program

Train For Life is the program I built and still live. It started with The Firefighter's Workout Book, grew through fifteen years of running a fitness business, and continues through my own recovery — including the shift to carnivore. The goal has stayed the same: strength, mobility, and energy you can keep for life, not a short-term plan you abandon.
This is not about building beach muscles. It's about pain relief and real mobility. Sessions use simple tools you already have or can keep at home — resistance bands, floor stretches and movements, and standing work that builds balance and range. I come to your house, set you up on a practical program, and show you how to progress it. It's not meant to be forever training. It's meant to get you moving in a way you can sustain.
I also teach classes in a studio setting that combine band work with yoga-based mobility. If you're interested in either, reach out. Carnivore is part of Train For Life for me. The way I eat supports the way I train and recover. I'll share what I've learned if you want it, but the training stands on its own.

The Firefighter's Workout Book
Where it all started. Published by HarperCollins in 2000, this book laid out the 30-week program that became Train For Life. Still available through major booksellers.
